안녕하세요! 오늘은 저의 8kg 다이어트 하고 바디프로필 찍은 썰의 그 첫번째
복부지방분해주사! 걸그룹MPL주사 맞았던 후기를 가져왔어요!
제가 59.8 .. (그냥 60이라고 할께요0.2kg은 좀 봐주라.,,) 에서 52로 감량하기까지 많은 도움을 주었던것이
바로 지방분해 주사랍니다!
(그외에 운동 & 식단도 물론 했구요 그부분은 나중에 영상 올릴께요!)

다이어트가 외적인 아름다움을 주기도 하지만 내적으로 스스로에 대한 자존감도 많이 올라가는 계기가 되는것 같아요!

저는 다음 목표인 몸무게 50kg에 체지방률 17%를 위해 달려가 볼께요!

언제가 이러다가 피트니스 대회나간다고 난리 피우는거 아닌가 몰라요 ^_^

Hello! Today is the first story of my 8kg diet and taking body pictures.

First, I got a diet shot.

It helped me a lot from 60kg to 52kg.

(Other than that, of course, I did exercise & diet, and I'll post the video later on!)

I took a body profile and really complimented myself!

Diet gives you external beauty, but it also raises your self-esteem internally!

I'll run for my next goal: 50kg and 17% body fat!
